Cleaning retail spaces, shops and shopping centres
In retail, cleaning often takes place while customers are present or in short windows before opening. What matters is the sound level, manoeuvrability between shelves and the fact that the floor must stay dry.
What works well
- Compact or walk-behind floor scrubbers – for example the CS16, T191, T290, T391 – leave the floor dry straight away.
- Quiet modes – many models have an ECO mode or a low sound level, suitable for cleaning during opening hours.
- Robots such as the X4 ROVR or T7 AMR take over the wide aisles in supermarkets and shopping centres.
- Compact vacuums for carpeted areas, offices and changing rooms.
For spaces with very different floor types, a combination of 2–3 machines is usually more efficient than one large machine.
