Service, rentals and refurbished machines
A good cleaning machine only counts if it runs day after day. That is why, alongside new machines, Tenrom takes care of everything that follows: inspections, repairs, rental machines and models rebuilt in its own refurbishment centre.
Tennant service
Service and maintenance nationwide
Tenrom technicians work only on Tennant machines and operate from five service points: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Brașov and Iași. Each centre covers a radius of about 250 km with its own service vehicle.
- On-site call-out, usually within 24–72 hours of a written request
- Standard contract: 1–2 inspections per year during the warranty period
- Maintenance contract: planned visits after the warranty too, to prevent major failures
- Full Service when renting a new machine (36 months): repairs and, optionally, consumables included
- Operator training directly at your site

Rentals
Cleaning machines for rent, with service included
Tenrom launched the first national rental scheme for Tennant machines and today has one of the largest fleets in the country: more than 400 machines for shops, shopping centres, warehouses, factories or car parks.

Refurbished
Refurbished Tennant machines
Since 2013 Tenrom has been rebuilding Tennant machines at its centre near Cluj-Napoca, today the refurbishment centre for Central and Eastern Europe. A good option when the budget is limited but you do not want to compromise on quality.

Buy-back
Trade in your old machine when you buy a new one
Do you have a worn or faulty cleaning machine taking up space? Tenrom will assess it and can take it back, whatever the brand. Its value is deducted from the price of the new machine.

Tennant technologies that save water and detergent
Some Tennant machines can be ordered with Tennant's own technologies. In short, here is what each one does:
FaST® – foam scrubbing
Concentrated detergent is dosed automatically and reaches the floor as foam. The operator never handles the detergent, and the floor dries quickly.

On large machines, the recovered solution is filtered and reused up to three times. The machine stops far less often to empty and refill.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly does a technician arrive?
Usually within 24–72 hours of receiving a written request, both during and after the warranty period. Requests are sent via the Tenrom service form or by e-mail.
Can I rent a machine for just a few days?
Yes. For short periods (from one day up to 12 months), refurbished machines are rented out. New machines are rented for 2–3 years.
What warranty do refurbished machines have?
A full 6-month warranty with no hour limit. The battery, which is new, has a 1-year warranty.
Does Tenrom also service machines bought elsewhere?
The service is specialised in Tennant machines. For other brands, ask the Tenrom team; an old machine of another brand can be taken back through buy-back.
